KNOW YOUR STRENGTHS AND WEAKENSSES

Take the guess work out of the equation.

Cassandra holds a Bachelors Degree in Art and Technology from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and has a background in Engineering and Circuit Design. Her career focus changed in 2017 after learning more about endocrine disruptors, the challenges of workplace environmental toxins and the dangers of chemical exposure in an industry that does not always prioritize the health of their workers. In 2023 she completed her Master’s in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University, where she studied Consciousness Based Medicine and Vedic Science from one of the earliest documented medical texts in history, the Charaka Samhita, an Indian tradition medical Sanskrit text that is believed to have arisen around 100 BCE, revised from text dating back as far as 5000 years old. Her pursuit towards endangered knowledge and ancient medicine was inspired by her own personal struggle with disease and a journey through a broken medical system, which provided little to no progress. This result led her curiosity to uncover what had been lost from modern medicine in hopes to learn and educate others, which she discovered from ancient medicine that had developed a system in the past to prevent and reverse the progression of disease and is still practiced in some parts of India today. Her clinical training was completed in Kerala, India at Sreedhareeyam Ayurvedic Eye Hospital and Research Center in participation in the International Workshop and Training Program on Ayurveda Panchakarma, which provided her with more experience in case study analysis, Nadi Vigyan (pulse diagnostics), herbal preparations for various procedures, as well as hands on technical training in performing Panchakarma procedures. While much of her studies and approach towards wellness are based on healing modalities from eastern practices, her educational path also embraces where she believes western medicine is headed in the future, which is the study of Genomics. Alongside her master’s degree she recieved her NBHWC approved Precision Medicine Training Program Certification from Wild Health, a comprehensive educational program designed for health care practitioners in personalized, genomics-based Precision Medicine. During her training at Wild Health she worked alongside Genomics Physicians in a clinical environment as a DNA-Based Health Coach helping to guide patients through their individualized wellness plans that are driven by doctor’s recommendations. She is now an affiliate of Wild Health and refers patients to physicians that are licensed in 50 states, which allows patients to gain deeper understanding of their current state of health, genetic risks and how to optimize health in the safest way possible, informed by genetic testing of 700,000+ SNP’s, Advanced Bloodwork Testing of 68+ Biomarkers and a 50-page Personal Health Report that she uses to coach her clients after going through physician intake and extensive testing. In addition to her affiliation with Wild Health she is a Certified DNA-Based Fitness Coach and Certified Nutrition Specialist, which she received from International Sports Science Association. Her laboratory affiliations through ISSA allows clients access to more affordable options for DNA Fitness and Nutrition programming. She also completed her NASM, AFAA, NSCA and ISSA approved FTP certification in Applied Stretching Theory and Practice and practices as a Flexologist with more than 1500 hours hands-on experience helping clients achieve muscular balance, mobility and flexibility, which she wholeheartedly believes is essential for structural and functional health. Her certifications in Transcendental Meditation, Mindfulness Meditation and Reiki offer a unique approach to programming, as she believes spirituality to be the basis of one’s healing ability. Additionally, she received her Psychedelic Therapies and Integration certification through Vital, Psychedelics Today, as a means to narrow her focus and integrate with a community and demographic of like-minded individuals that are focused on progressive medicine that embodies a mind-body-spirit approach to activating inner intelligence and the healing mechanism within. Her broad personal and professional experience combined with an education that bridges the gap between ancient medicine of the past and the future of modern medicine provides a unique holistic approach to coaching in a rapidly evolving industry that thrives on helping people achieve wellness.

“It is not the strongest nor the most intelligent of species that survives, but the one that is most adaptable to change.”

Charles Darwin
